This modern apartment features three bedrooms (two large double beds and a bunk bed, accommodating up to six persons), two bathrooms, an open and contemporary kitchen, and a spacious living room bathed in morning sunlight. The private pool is filled for your enjoyment during the season and professionally cleaned every week. Both the living room and the three bedrooms have their own air conditioning. You can snorkel in the sea right in front of you, have fun with your friends or your children in the private pool, follow the sunset with our SUP board, or paddle to the tranquil and beautiful secluded beach of Tri Drage on the right, or explore the small town on the opposite side. Here, you can escape the city's hustle and bustle, stay away from the crowds, and enjoy a relaxing vacation with your loved ones.

25% of the rental price must be paid with the booking order, booking is confirmed when deposit is received.

The remaining payment is due no later than 40 days before arrival.

If booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy:

- Up to 31 days prior to arrival, no charge will be made.

- From 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the rental price will be refunded.

- Within 14 days before arrival or no-show on the arrival date: 100% of the rental price will be charged.

For stays of 7 to 9 nights, there is a 5% discount.

For stays of 10 to 13 nights, there is an 8% discount.

For stays of 14 nights or more, there is a 10% discount.
