- Check-in  after 16:00, check-out by 10:00.


- Swimming Pool:The private heated pool is open from May to October. For exact dates, please contact us.


  • The pool has an automatic chlorination and cleaning system, and is cleaned once a week by a professional service team, to guarantee you the wonderful water experience.


  • Please be aware that the 27 °C setting is a target value. In July/August, it is easily reached. However, if the outdoor temperature drops significantly, the heating pump may not be able to fully compensate, and the water temperature could fall below 27 °C.


- WiFi is available, but during peak season (July/August), it may be slower or less stable. Our small, peaceful, and paradisiacal village is still waiting for the telecom provider to upgrade the cables—which simply means you can switch off, relax, and fully enjoy Vinjerac’s beauty without too many digital distractions. 🌊☀️


- Parking is available in front of the house. It is possible to charge your E-car.
